On Sunday, 4/18 Phelan Park in Southside came alive with Blues! The park located at 14th Avenue South and 15th Street, just outside of Dreamland Barbecue, hosted various artists, including Robin Rogers shown below. This event was free to all comers - who brought their chairs, their coolers, and their juke-step, as shown below.
