Tuesday April 15 was Annual Tax Day in Downtown Birmingham! The 1040 Fest Party is held each year across from the Downtown Post Office, and what a way to celebrate relief - Live Music, Food, Drinks, and Socializing, brought to you by the Central City Neighborhood Association, the Downtown Business Association, and attended as always by CAP officers...with a special visit from BPD on their new bikes.
